Healthcare Joint Venture – Expansion of Diagnostic Clinics

We advised a healthcare company in the Mid-Atlantic region that sought to expand into the outpatient diagnostic space through joint ventures with an established operator. After mapping the market, we identified a prior client with an existing network of diagnostic centers and a proven operational track record. Recognizing the complementary strengths of both parties, we facilitated negotiations that aligned their capital requirements and operational capabilities. Our role was pivotal in structuring a long-term joint venture relationship, balancing governance, equity participation, and operating responsibilities. This collaboration has already resulted in the opening of six (6) clinics across multiple locations, with each facility generating revenues in the millions of dollars annually.
